Terms and Conditions

Effective August 18, 2026 · Last updated August 18, 2026

These are the terms for using Cage Work, the coaching software operated by Sappworks LLC. By creating an account, you agree to them.

01 Who this agreement is with

Cage Work is operated by Sappworks LLC, a Georgia limited liability company based in Richmond Hill, Georgia, United States. In this agreement, "we," "us," and "Cage Work" mean Sappworks LLC. "You" means whoever creates an account, whether a coach, an athlete, or a parent managing an athlete's account.

Questions about these terms go to support@getcagework.com. For how we handle information, see our Privacy Policy.

02 Who can use Cage Work

Cage Work is built for baseball and softball coaches and the athletes in their programs. A coach who creates a program is responsible for the athletes they add to it, including obtaining parental consent for any athlete under 13, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your password secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

03 Coach subscriptions and billing

Coach accounts are billed monthly through Stripe at the rate shown at signup. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account settings or the Stripe billing portal; cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the current period.

Athlete accounts are free. A coach's subscription covers every athlete in their program at no additional cost.

04 Text message alerts

If a coach turns on text alerts for their program, Cage Work may send SMS messages about schedule changes and cancellations to the phone number provided at signup, using Twilio.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency depends on your program's schedule. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or contact your coach to be removed. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle phone numbers.

05 Content you upload

Film, notes, messages, and handouts you upload remain yours. By uploading, you give Sappworks LLC permission to store and display that content to the people your program shares it with, solely to operate Cage Work. We do not use it for any other purpose, and never to train machine learning models.

You are responsible for having the right to upload any content you add, and for not uploading anything unlawful, harassing, or that violates someone else's rights.

06 Acceptable use

Cage Work is for legitimate coaching use. You agree not to:

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms.

07 Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings inside the app. This is permanent. A program owner who deletes their account also deletes the program, including all of its athletes' film, messages, sessions, and handouts. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.

08 Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Cage Work is provided as-is. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Cage Work is a communication and record-keeping tool; it does not replace a coach's own judgment about an athlete's training or safety.

To the extent permitted by law, Sappworks LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of Cage Work. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

09 Changes

We may update these terms as Cage Work changes. If we make a change that meaningfully affects your rights, we will email account holders before it takes effect. Continuing to use Cage Work after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

10 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
